Mountain Kingdoms Prize Draw 2023 - Terms & Conditions

The Promoter: This prize draw is operated by Mountain Kingdoms Ltd, at 20 Long Street, Wotton under Edge, GL12 7BT.

How to enter:

• The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 2^nd February 2023 and closes at 23:59 on 12^th March 2023.
• To enter, go to the Prize Draw entry page www.mountainkingdoms.com/news-offers/prize-draw-entry-form. You must enter your email address and full name in the form and make sure that the box is ticked to enter the draw. .
• Alternatively, an entry form can be completed at the Mountain Kingdoms stand at the Destinations Holiday & Travel Show at Olympia in London 2023. All details must be entered legibly as requested on the form and placed in the Prize Draw entry box at the stand or given to a member of the Mountain Kingdoms team.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Prize details:

• The prize is a single, Land Only place on Mountain Kingdoms’ Cappadocia & the St Paul Trail group holiday, 16^th-23^rd September 2023. International flights are not included. Please click here for a detailed description of this holiday including the walking involved.
• The Promoter’s standard Booking Conditions apply to this holiday prize
• The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the standard price of the holiday including: flights, travel insurance, extra meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents and visas.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable. No cash alternatives are available.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value without notice.

Eligibility:

• You must be 18 years or over to participate in the draw, resident in the United Kingdom, and you must have a valid email address. Your first name and surname are also required.
• This prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or their immediate family members.
• Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will also be disqualified.

Selection of the winner:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all entries by the Promoter.
• The winner will be contacted within two weeks of the Closing Date via the email address provided by the winner in their entry.
• Acceptance of the prize must be confirmed by the winner within 5 working days of having been notified. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries that were received.
• The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that they have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

General

• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition where necessary or to change the Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on www.mountainkingdoms.com.
• Entries not made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions will be excluded. Any entry containing, false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.
• Winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. This may be published on www.mountainkingdoms.com, in future printed mailings and in the Promoter’s social media posts.
• The winner’s name will be obtainable on request for one month from the Closing Date by emailing info@mountainkingdoms.com.
• The Promoter will only process the winner’s personal information, given on entry to the competition, as set out in their Privacy Policy
• This competition is governed by English law and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
