Excellent all-round
All went perfectly as planned. Galapagos extension was great and would be happy to recommend ... Trek, accommodation and guide all excellent. And my biggest worry, the airport transfers, all very efficient. And you even arranged perfect weather.

Truly unique destination
Cuba has a special place in my heart, I have visited 14 times and each time I discover something new that I love about this country. Cuba's recent history has helped to shape it into the incredible place it is now, making it a truly unique destination with so much to offer.

Ultimate trekking experience
In the summer of 2015 we organised an expedition to the peak of Chachacomani for Eton College. It was a resounding success, 15 students and 2 teachers summited Chachacomani. Eton College were so impressed with the itinerary that they urged us to include it in our brochure for 2016. We thoroughly recommend this trek and climb as being one of the best trekking peaks in Bolivia.

Good accommodation
All the hotels we stayed in were good or excellent and some were delightful - I could imagine some travel companies compromising in this area. The research you have done into this trip showed in the way it picked up all the best features and allowed the appropriate amount time for each. Also, the timing was good, just after the rainy season, with plenty of water in the rivers.
Our stay in Chi Phat was phenomenal. It was an absolute privilege to stay with a lovely young family who, despite speaking no English, were able to communicate so effectively their obvious delight in hosting us. We were made so comfortable and welcome and felt very sad to leave them.

Remote and little-visited
We've designed this holiday to take you right off the main tourist trail, visiting many areas that have only recently been open for foreign visitors to Burma.
The entire trip was fantastic. Very well organised with excellent guides - for both the trek and city travel. So helpful being met at the airports and being assisted with the luggage.

Immersed in the local culture
Enjoyed chance of meeting local people and personally preferred meals and teas in local venues rather than touristy ones.

Interesting sights and culture
This is one of the most enjoyable and interesting holidays I've ever had - due to the sights and the culture of the country (plus hotels of a very good standard & wonderful food) - but mainly the personality, knowledge and diplomacy of our guide made this trip exceptional.

Can't imagine anything nicer
I can't imagine anything nicer than cycling around the plains of Bagan, exploring little-visited temples.

Little-visited
It was in fact my father-in-law who told me about the sensational gorges north of Mandalay, and how he had read about them in Murray's Handbook of India, Pakistan, Burma and Ceylon (16th edition, 1949). It describes the gorges as 'defiles' and says "The second defile is one of the great spectacles of the world". It is therefore very exciting to be able to offer this cruise, in some style, to parts of Burma that only few people have the privilege to visit.

Memorable experience
An excellent trip. We had extraordinary exposure to village life and remote people. We had an excellent and memorable experience.
The itinerary, sights and even the chosen hotels were the highlights of the trip. Exploring Khiva, Bukhara and old Samarkand were really enjoyable days.
