Perched at 8,000ft amidst the majestic high mountain landscape of northern Kumaon, Shakti 360° is hotel like no other. Wild and remote, it combines innovative, contemporary design with local materials and traditional building techniques to deliver a stunningly unique property that is at one with its remarkable surroundings. There is an inviting central lodge with space to lounge as well as to dine on the refined dishes produced by Shakti's Tibetan chef - often using ingredients from the on-site organic gardens. Accommodation is in four secluded wood, stone and glass villas that come complete with vast beds, wood burners, stylish bathrooms and private verandahs for taking in the breathtaking vistas.
